Hamstring Bump

This hamstring exercise activates the hamstrings without a concentric or excentric component.
The athlete kneels and is fixed at the ankles. The athlete is hanging forward a little bit so the hamstrings are tensed but not strained. Then a weight plate is pushed forward and pulled back quickly.
