Hip Thrust



Most power exercises that involve the gluteus are effective in a range the gluteus is hardly used during running. This exercise isn't. It fairly easy to setup and you probebly have the equiment already. 
Bodybuilder do this exercise with the lower leg as upright as possible. For getting the hamstrings involved in this exercise, place your feet a little further away.
