Carvallo Chart
This tool can give you an inside view on a 400m hurdle race. The tools generates a chart that's derived from the Carvalho-model. The Carvalho-model can provide you with an end-time for every piece of a race ran. Therefore it is easy to provide an end-time chart for every touchdown. The optimal deceleration is accounted for in the model, thus the optimal race will generate a flat line.
The Carvalho model generates end-time based on a regularly decay of 0.6sec each 3 hurdles (0.0667 sec / hurdle).
The RunIn and RunOut ('Start to 1st Hurdle' and 'Hurdle 10 to Finish') are estimated at resp. 12% and 11% of the end-time.
